I ensure a full intelligence view is available both pre and post match in order to secure robust risk assessment and organisational learning.As a trained public order officer, I policed significant large scale events across London. This role also included proactive response to public unrest, providing fast response to address some of the most challenging, dangerous and high-pressure situations. I demonstrated a calm and thoughtful approach; effectively managing exceptionally demanding and heightened situations.
