About David Kenyon
Expressing an interest in construction from a young age I began my career with the University of Central Lancashire by studying Architectural Technology BSc and interning with a MEP consultancy as a junior CAD Technician. Upon graduating I joined IBI Group as an Architectural Technologist (Education) completing projects from RIBA Stage 3 to handover.Whilst at IBI Group I expressed an interest in the then new government legislation to enact BIM Level 2 across all government projects and joined SimpsonHaugh as an Information Manager (Highrise Residential). Until the COVID-19 crisis whereby SimpsonHaugh furloughed my role and I moved from Manchester to Hull to embark on a career as an Architectural Technologist / BIM Manager at Reds10 UK. Since then my position at Reds10 grew into Design Coordination & BIM Lead.
