CurrentTo deliver the agreed service, strategy and business plan with cushman & Wakefield and client teams.•Preparation, monitoring and execution of the agreed budgets on time and within the agreed parameters, establishing ‘value for money’ strategies at all times.•Close liaison with tenants to establish a consistent and co-ordinated approach to health and safety matters throughout all sites, to include FRA, DDA, Asbestos Management and monthly site audits.•Liaison with and management of tenants’ occupation of premises, in line with site, client and cushman & wakefield specific requirements, responding to changes in client and occupier requirements.•Set and control budgets.•Quarterly variance reporting.•Monthly contractor meetings.•Contractor reporting.•SLAs/KPIs
