People And Culture Business Partner
CurrentIn this role I partner with my client group and key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the business strategy and implement people solutions that reinforce the desired organisational culture and result in improved workplace and business performance. Achievements include:• Build and maintain co-operative working relationships with all stakeholders.• Deliver timely accurate and helpful workforce management advice.• Work collaboratively with Union officials and delegates to resolve disputes and mitigate grievances.• Manage complex industrial relations activities including grievance and disciplinary matters ensuring outcomes are fair, transparent and consistent with legislative and policy requirements.• Complete strategic planning relating to workplace change, structure and recruitment.• Build leadership capability through coaching.
