Prior to Covid-19 I was delivering around 1000 hours a year of face to face personal training sessions in my own private facility. This transitioned to a virtual delivery model from April 2020. I qualified as a Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition in 2020. Using PN's Deep Health coaching principles I designed and delivered 8 week small group and 1:1.

Providing studio quality product images for Procter & Gamble's Shopper Based Design group. Generating high resolution images of theirs and competitor ranges of health, beauty and laundry product lines. The images generated were used in their virtual reality consumer research FMOT centres and planogram design for working with their retail customers Tesco.

Responsible for Workplace Services IT site support delivery teams for P&G manufacturing plants and distribution centres. Scope of role was four teams across 5 sites in the UK and Ireland. 3-12 month operational planning in line with EMEA account objectives for provision of services to customer site IT leaders.

Management and full budget responsibility (totalling around £12million across 5 budgets) for campus IT (1500 users) and Brooklands Sales and Marketing HQ (550 desks). Management responsibility for all facilities management functions on this site in addition to Workplace IT operations for the campus which had a portfolio of 5 sites.

Set the vision and enabled the team for delivery of initiatives in line with P&G Global Business Services strategy. Responsibility for end user helpdesk, infrastructure operations and a team of 8 project managers. Customer base of 1500 users across 5 sites in the South UK campus. Budget setting and tracking for campus budgets. Formal operation reporting to.

Managing a team of contract resources providing first and second line IT helpdesk services to the R&D function - approximately 900 users.

Experimental design and execution to support product claims for the portfolio of oral care brands. Automating and computerisation of laboratory record keeping and procedures to support Good Manufacturing Practice.
