David Page is a Head of Reward at Universities Superannuation Scheme (Ltd). Colleagues describe them as "I have had the honor of working alongside David for the last 3-years and cannot emphasize the strengths David has brought to the team. David is able to not only provide tactical views, but also strategy to support those views. He has been instrumental in the simplification of Short-Term Incentives firm wide by bringing the voice of the customer to each discussion.
