David Page is a Head of Reward at Universities Superannuation Scheme (Ltd). Colleagues describe them as "I have had the honor of working alongside David for the last 3-years and cannot emphasize the strengths David has brought to the team. David is able to not only provide tactical views, but also strategy to support those views. He has been instrumental in the simplification of Short-Term Incentives firm wide by bringing the voice of the customer to each discussion. While David has demonstrated his skills and capabilities in the STI space, he has exhibited a complete Reward view across our function. His leadership within and outside of the team has been a driving force in the establishment of process, policy and improvements in the time he has been here.
