Experienced New and Used Car Sales Manager with a demonstrated 20 year history of working in the automotive industry. Whether it is running the desk, training sales people, appraising trades, structuring a deal, going in on a T/O, pulling programs, certifying CPO vehicles, or handling customer issues I am a team player always willing to do the job. I have a proven track record of exceeding my monthly goals, both units and gross, and I strive to do so. I am great when dealing with customers, and have always had a great relationship with my salespeople which in turn equals high customer satisfaction. I have a good understanding of marketing, inventory management, and financing along with service side of the business too. The majority of my history in the business has been with the Ford Motor Company and Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I do have experience with Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Subaru, and a few other brands as well.
