Since then, Pak Medical Group has grown to include several more clinic locations that enable us to serve patients across Central Texas, South Texas, and the Texas Hill Country. Clinic locations currently include New Braunfels, Wimberley, Seguin, San Marcos, Canyon Lake, and Universal City – with more to come. We also serve patients across the nation via our advanced Telehealth technology.

Las Vegas, Nevada, Us

Culinary Health Fund, Union based employer health plan that serves approximately 135,000 members in the Las Vegas Valley. Due to lack of quality care and access in the area, the Health Plan decided to bring Care Delivery In House, opening their own health center. I was brought in to set up a turnkey operation for a patient center primary care operation. All this was done while I was still seeing a full schedule of chronically ill patients.My duties included but were not limited to:• Recruiting 16 providers• Hiring all support staff• Built care model from scratch• Implemented new EMR system (Athena)• Developed workflows and day to day operations• Maintained Net Promotor score of 96%• Maintained Personal Net Promotor score of 100%• Worked with Leadership in multiple departments, including Union Leadership, to maintain a cohesive balance

Strengths include excellent diagnostic skills, ability to establish rapport with patients and documentation. • Concentra Primary Care is a subsidiary of Humana that was acquired in 2010. My duties included but not limited to overseeing all of San Antonio operations and was intricately involved in new acquisitions, marketing, overseeing the integration of all physicians and mid-levels including performance reviews, education and training. • Continued seeing patients on a daily basis as I felt it was paramount to understand how the policies that were implemented would impact patient care and operations of the clinics on a daily basis.• Gave numerous lectures to the community focused on prevention, health, and wellness.

I started Allied at a small clinic in the south side of San Antonio with funds I borrowed from Frost Bank. I was fortunate in developing an incredible team that worked collaboratively to bring about successful outcomes. The company grew organically to seven primary care locations serving almost thirty thousand patients. We also had our own wellness center, medical spa, billing and credentialing company along with a healthcare consulting firm. The last few years I was focused on population health and am passionate about leveraging technology and innovation to bring about better outcomes and efficiencies to benefit all patients. I was dedicated to building a healthcare ecosystem benefiting the chronically ill patients that required much more attention and care as seen by the services and programs I developed below. We had two risk contracts with Secured Horizons and Humana Gold that allowed us to leverage our robust care model. I was always the lead physician whenever we deployed a new service line. I continued to see patients during the entire time I owned and ran the company. I maintained the highest patient satisfaction scores of all providers as I subscribe to lead by example method. I sold all business lines to Humana in September 2012.
