Ever since my early professional years, I have strived in understanding processes and making them more intuitive, hassle-free, and automated as possible for the end user. Getting to a company and immediately turning around how things run to make them better is what you are getting with me. I believe that there is significant beauty in the art of simplification and UX improvement.As part of my values, I truly believe that every company should embrace contribution to the environment, collective well-being and caring for the local communities as part of their foundational strategies.On the professional side of my career, I have held a number of senior roles in the manufacturing and automotive industries, specializing in purchasing, supply chain and materials control – but without regard on my functional area, I care about teams collaborative performance and cultural improvement. Over the last 10 years, I have led multiple transformation projects, implementing world-class manufacturing methodologies across three continents.Recently, I did consulting in the mining industry. While my incursion there was short, the learning, growth, and the people I met during this period significantly changed the way I think and how I see the world. I discovered that I am deeply passionate about behavioral science, and cultural transformation from understanding what drives each one of us. I love having multicultural interactions, and sharing experiences with people from other cultures.
