BEE Easy is an end-to-end BEE Service, combining a number of data bureau solutions that allow our clients to plan and prepare effectively for their BEE Verification. Our Data Bureau services include and not limited to, Data Capturing, BEE GAP Analysis, and Scenario Planning, BEE Strategy and Monitoring and tracking.

Kukuza empowers the unemployed, specially disabled youth, with job-readiness skills and community-connections to help them build self-reliance within their own communities. Background: Kukuza was born from a desperate need to create employment and alleviate poverty in South Africa. Due to the increasing pressure on companies to improve their B-BBEE scorecard, the Department of Trade and Industry’s drive to pull unemployed people into the economy through Learnerships (estimate 1 mm pa), and the complexities to implement these initiatives, an opportunity arose to facilitate volumes more learnerships by connecting the right partners: businesses, unemployed people, host organisations and reputable training providers. Operating Model: Kukuza NGO facilitates connection between all Learnership partnerships (Corporates, Training Providers, Host companies, Learner Recruiters etc) and also operates as a Host and Recruiter for Learnerships. Learners are engaged on business management training, community upliftment projects and NGO operations. Kukuza operates their Hosting Centres from underutilised venues within local communities nationwide (eg church halls) with the first operational site in Sybrand Park Cape Town since March 2018. Learner Work Functions:Business Management Training: Building their own sustainable businesses within groups; building trust within the local communities for job opportunities.Community Upliftment Projects: e.g. Volunteering at local businesses/NGO’s; tutoring school children; supporting neighbourhood activities.NGO Operations: Connecting unemployed people with empowerment programmes and employment opportunities, eg. Job readiness programmes/Entrepreneurship Programmes/educating the disabled on opportunities, helping them to apply for learnerships or jobs.
