With 30+ years of experience in Clinical Psychology, advances in my field continue to challenge my view of the mind and human experience. My primary areas of work have focused on clinical services in both private and public mental health settings, providing ethical and effective therapies, and teaching new counselors and psychologists at various university programs. Currently, when not counseling and teaching, I have been working with Symptom Media, inc. in expanding their library of film media training resources that are resourced and viewed by over 500 University and College libraries around the world. My areas of professional interest have included studies in Autism Spectrum conditions, Violence Prediction and Forensic Psychology, and integration of neurobiological and interpersonal research in mental health. An experienced grant-writer, I've had the privilege of contributing and securing several successful funding sources that has brought over 15 million dollars in program funding for non-profit agencies in the Southern California region. I'd gladly welcome another 30 years of work in Psychology.
