Pre-Development Phase-Lead market studies (surveys, focus groups, etc.) & general research to find potential themes, art styles, and gameplay worth developing-Setup pipeline and roadmap framework for C-Suite which becomes the publishing bible by which our development schedule adheres to-Working alongside the C-Suite and Executive Producer to cobble together talent teams which will comprise the various arms of our development team (game designers, front-end, back-end, animators, visual artists, UI)-Work with producer and lead designer on core loop design once project has been solidifiedDevelopment Phase-Work with the operations & programming teams to setup analytics dashboards-Ensure that we abide by MVP principles so we produce a prototype that can be launched for closed/open testing ASAP-Establish benchmarks via early test results for engagement & churn; setup sub-pipelines for addressing churn points [discovery->hypotheses->implementation->analyze->validation]/[Operations->Game Designers->Programmers/Artists->Operations]-Ensure products reach soft-launch phase where retention analysis and optimization is key-If products reach the monetization test phase, I'll work closely with LiveOps to go over the game's pain points and find opportunities to monetize. Heavy pain points = product optimization; light pain points = monetization opportunityPost-Development-Most of my time is spent reviewing our ROAs/LTV depending on the product and monetization strategy-Managing customer service teams (both in-house and third-party); ensure users are getting their problems addressed and we're getting bug reports ASAP-Managing UA creatives direction-Securing partnerships when possible-And more!I also do:-Voice acting-Manage localization team-Sketch artist Show less
