Achievements:1.As the economy crisis in 2009, our major project is to reduce the product cost, we prolong the material life time by experiments; We improve engineer’s efficiency and we survey new material vendor to reduce cost, total saved about 1，000，000 RMB by this activity. 2. During the 2008/01~2008/10 an important project called "The Height of Product Reduce Project" has been done very well. The section did many experiments to prove that there was not any side effect after the adjustment of height. Then the action was carried out. The improvement was considered to be successful as the material is gold. Now company can save about 100,000 Yuan every month by that improvement. 3.The surface roughness of product was improved in 2007.Roughness issue had been bothering every company in this industry before 2007, and our roughness cpk always below the target 1.33.Our section formed a team for this special case. Every possible parameter (Temperature, Flow rate, Current density, Concentration, PH...)might influence the roughness was carefully analyzed. Single parameter changed experiments and mixed condition experiments were done on schedule. Finally a fine-tuned recipe was thought suitable base on a lot of experiment data. The final result was reported to the Director then. The Cpk of roughness rose to 1.45 from 0.87 after the use of the new recipe within 3 months.
