Kia ora koutou katoa. I'm currently the Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement, at Creative New Zealand. The group initiates and implements advocacy initiatives, manages communications with the media and other stakeholders, produces publications and provides information to the arts sector and members of the public. The group also manages government relations, including strategy and accountability documents, public and government requests for information, business planning and reporting, and governance policy.Beyond the arts, my background is in governance, law, health and information technology. Over my career I've led a number of strategic projects and change management programmes, including developing new strategies, policies and advocacy approaches in the arts, establishing new Crown entities, developing key sector engagement forums, and supporting shared administrative and support services for district health boards.
