Put together budgets and proposals for future school projects. Manage K-12 school projects from surveying to some design, complete all required sections of D.O.E. applications, work with clients during schematic designs where required, manage the drafting department during the construction document phase, put together specifications and addendums if required, and respond to RFI's during the bidding process. Once projects are awarded, I put together the contract on AIA and Notice To Proceed letter and review submittals. I will manage the project during construction through the final close out and review all payment applications. I will run project meetings throughout the construction phase and be the main contact when needed.

Survey existing conditions when required and assist in design phase. After design is approved, prepare construction drawings. When contractor is awarded the job, review submittals, respond to questions and attend job meetings
