Technical analysis and leadership towards the development of the Terminal air traffic control requirements for evolution to the FAA’s NextGen program. • Designed and implemented prototype Wake Turbulence Mitigation for Departures (WTMD) web-based dashboard including data collection and data mining algorithms for the visual presentation of benefit data. • Led the development of a Roadmap identifying, evaluating, and ranking candidate capabilities to support Terminal automation platforms. • Wrote a Concept of Use for one of the capabilities described above, namely TRACON Airspace Reconfiguration. • Performed analysis on Flight Data Processing ramifications on the roadmap capabilities. Analysis included consolidation of current state of knowledge of FDP. • Defined Terminal-related Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) services based on internal and external data exchanges and capabilities to support the System-Wide Information Management system. • Contributed key analysis to the formulation of National Airspace System (NAS) Enterprise Architecture Operational Views (OV) for NextGen arrival and departure scenarios. Received CAASD Spot Award. • Provided data analysis support to Phoenix and Houston Airspace re-design teams. • Developed requirements for India Air Traffic Control system RFP.

Performed IV&V on the FAA En-Route Automation Modernization (ERAM) program which is an Air Traffic Control software development consisting of over one million lines of Ada and C++ code. • Taught SAIC's Software Test and Evaluation Class within the company's training program, and to an FAA IV&V Team. • Site Acceptance lead for Tomahawk Strike Planning system aboard multiple nuclear-powered aircraft carriers. • IV&V support to the Tomahawk Planning System including requirements analysis, test planning and development, and test execution as well as the creation of multiple verified TPS missions for use by other Navy testing organizations. • Provided systems engineering and integration test support to the Naval Strike Warfare Planning Center (NSWPC), a carrier-based integrated strike planning system • Provided key support in the creation of training for various carrier-based systems which included interactive material based upon modeling of the actual system functions • Under the FAA's NAS Implementation Support Contract, led multi-discipline Terminal Transition Management Team consisting of members from a variety of FAA organizations

Provided high quality support to FAA's ATQ branch in the area of Independent Operational Test and Evaluation for the WARP, ITWS, and OASIS programs, responsible for developing test plans, test procedures, reports and assessments
