About David Parfitt

My experience with Ryder architecture and GT3 architects has provided me the solid platform to take on my own venture with Overlay Technical Architecture. With architectural technology as the foundation of my experience, mixed in with business operations qualifications, I provide consultancy architectural technology services to companies generally from stage 3-5 for commercial projects. I have a breadth of experience in different building typologies, with most recently completing Knaresborough Leisure Centre as the technical design lead. As any building typology can benefit with low energy/ Passivhaus principles applied, I have become a qualified Passivhaus Designer and I aim to integrate this knowledge and experience in all design decisions.
