Produced the 14-min experimental CG+2D animated short with Passion Pictures and Epic Games. Raised funding, budgeted and built the team of artists: a mix of young talent, established 2D and CG veterans and two Oscar winners. Screened in 20+ international festivals.

Worked alongside Locksmith and DNEG production teams to deliver London's first full-length CG animated feature. Partnered in recruiting world class teams for both Locksmith (Story, Edit, Art, Layout) and DNEG (Layout, Animation), oversaw budget and inventory flow and managed the directors' and co-directors schedules, working with Prod Staff and Dept Supes to adapt to ever-changing priorities. Developed character count and continuity tracking systems for the Art, Story, Layout, Animation and Crowds teams.

Emeryville, Ca

Managed deployment, casting, and the production schedule / budgets alongside producers and dept managers for the Oscar-winning production. Supervised the director’s schedule, working with Prod Staff and Dept Supes to juggle inventory for production milestones. Partnered closely with the producers and the Coco Cultural Advisory Trust to ensure cultural sensitivity and authenticity.

Lead production scheduling, inventory flow and partnered with producers on budgets / deployment for the 350-person production. Oversaw the director’s schedule, working with Production Staff and Dept Supervisors to adjust priorities for shifting production milestones. Worked closely with Pixar's Studio Tools group to revamp Pixar's tracking and inventory system.

Toy Story 3 (2010)

Managed the 102-person Animation, Fix and BG Crowds teams for the Oscar-winning production. Worked with Director Lee Unkrich and Animation Supes Bobby Podesta and Mike Venturini to ensure the team was performing at its peak and having some fun while doing so. Reworked Pixar's animation production scheduling to maximise supervisor-to-artist facetime and minimise Excel noodling.

Wall-E (2008)

Served as Lead Coordinator, managing the week-to-week quota animation team of 72 animators and running Dailies for the Oscar-winning production. Developed continuity tracking system for WALL-E’s battery level within Pixar’s database.

Ratatouille (2007)

Worked alongside Production Designer Harley Jessup and the Rat Art squad to bring every detail of the characters and world of Oscar-winner Ratatouille to life. Also managed the Matte Paint team and served as point for Legal Clearances for every label, license plate, whisk and spatula in the film.

Cleaned up the fax room, answered phones, and wrote / produced award-winning radio and TV ads. Proudest moment: besting the legendary Goodby, Silverstein & Partners at the 1999 SF Addy Awards with a TV spot that cost $3k.
