After serving four years in the USAF, I began working at an internal help desk for Southwest. After moving up within that department, I was given the opportunity to help launch a new incident and request management application (DASH). Because of this experience, I accepted a new role as a Business Analyst working to implement Southwest's new ticketing system, Amadeus. After Amadeus launched, I worked on several enterprise-level projects, which ranged from Revenue Management enhancements to introducing our new Fare Family, Wanna Get Away plus. I am currently working on similar projects as a project manager in the Technology space.
