• Manages all new construction sites in one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the state and nation• Serves as liaison for the general contractor and all sub contractor per awarded job sites• Balances all pricing, invoicing, pickups/deliveries of rental equipment• Works with all United Rentals locations in a teamwork effort in selling used equipment• Builds relationships with both repeat and new customers• Keeps current on new technology, equipment, or other services United Rentals can offer the customer• Leads weekly district safety calls to ensure that our team is compliant with the rules and regulations set forth by OSHA• Values the importance of teamwork to maximize the sales and rental potential available
