Responsible for the process and execution of benchmarking competative vehilces, setting vehicle level targets, and setting component level targets. Enured Vehicle met objective and subjective requirements at required milestones in multiple programs. Ensured new levels of technology were integrated where performance to target gaps could not be addressed with simple tuning.

Multiple positions within chassis from Release Engineer through Manager for the chassis of a family of vehicles. Released suspension tuning components. Supervised a team of chassis engineers who released and validated steering, suspension and engine mounts. Manage all chassis activities for a family of vehicles including Suspension, Brakes, Tires, Wheels, and Chassis Structural parts.
