The program includes the re-purposing of 5 existing structures for office, flex-use and gym uses and 10 new structures including the YMCA/Church mixed-use building, an Academic Building for Warner Pacific’s Adult Degree Program, an Events Center, Worship & Wedding Chapel, Mausoleum, Retirement Housing, Transitional Housing and Child Development Center.
