This was a short term contract to assist in maintaining standards of delivery and customer service, resulting from the high volume of customer orders and queries after Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Duties included using in house systems to oversee customer orders and liaising with drivers and branches in the Southwest region over phone about issues regarding a customer’s order.

Duties included using variuous programs on chrome to assist customers with their orders such as expected delviery date, overdue delivery, issues with payments and finding solutions for problems such as damaged book, books lost in transit, incorrect addresses and many more.

Duties include serving customers food and drinks, cleaning up work areas, stock check and restocking, using tills.

Duties include restocking shelves, cleaning the store and back rooms, assisting customers in need and working on tills.
