CurrentResponsible for Professional Services at Unify-Mitel Spain and global responsible for Cloud Professional Services at Unify-Mitel. In charge of a 15 members, highly qualified engineers team, I manage all the necessary tasks in relation with the Professional Services delivery and consulting in any technical aspect of Communication and Collaboration for the enterprise market.Double reporting: locally, to the Unify Service Organization Head in Spain. Globally, to the Unify Global Service Head - Professional Services department under Communications and Collaboration ServicesResponsabilities:- In direct report to the Unify Services Head, Global responsibility of the Professional Services related to Unify Cloud portfolio, managing the develop of the cloud professional services in an international scope. - Managing the budget assigned to the Professional Services department within the Service area in Spain.- Quaterly reporting of the business results related to Professional Services.- Collaboration with the local Direction Board in the technological strategy of products and services. - Service Comittee member.- Development of the Professional Services portfolio.-Control of the Professional Services delivered to customers over the whole projects lifecycle, in response to Sales, Presales and Client Managers requests.- Control of projects execution and associated figures tracking control.- Escalation to the international responsibles for complex issues related to projects executions or live projects.- Collaboration for resources and knowledge sharing among international teams.- Technical lead/spoc in all technical aspects related to delivered services, including coordination for customized developments, integration tasks, consulting, technical training.- Responsability for the Professional Services team members development and professional career, including semester calification, training, task organization, etc.
