My main responsibility is to work as part of the flow team to build blood transfer harnesses. I start of the line at a high pace target in a grade 2 clean room. Hygiene and cleanliness are a high priority to minimise any dirt or infection that could lead to potential harm to the donor or patients.

As part of a Kaizen flow team my duties include building, trimming and or finishing the build of the aids. As a quality inspector I have two jobs firstly I pre check all aids for imperfections as well as inspecting the final finished aids before shipping. I am also involved in general housekeeping duties.
