David qualified in 1989, and specialised in Dispute Resolution gaining extensive experience working for global organisations and businesses. He leads the Dispute Resolution team of Thrings in their Swindon office. He specialises in contract and commercial disputes in manufacturing/FMCG/engineering/defence & aerospace sectors, together with professional negligence claims, competition law issues and Alternative Dispute Resolution including Arbitrations.David completed a Mediator Accreditation course with the ADR Group in May 1997, and has applied those skills in achieving quick and cost effective settlements for clients over many years. He has also conducted a successful Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) for a Defence Sector client in dispute with the MoD.He has SC security clearance sponsored by a client of Thrings, and is a core member of the Thrings' Defence and Aerospace sector group.David is recommended in Legal 500 for Commercial Litigation.
