While initiating positive and lasting change, I also managed the day-to-day but essential execution of competitive events, international relationships and training and education of thousands of volunteers across geography, cultures and languages. In addition to these key accomplishments, in the these eight years I:• Worked within the guidelines of LTAD and in collaboration with CSTA partners to revamp the national championship structure;• Implemented a full Long Term Athlete Development model for all levels of play throughout Canada;• Developed and hosted two major international events;• Led in the creation of the National Ringette League, the most successful domestic women’s league in Canada;• Created a decentralized recruitment system that has been successfully implemented by local ringette clubs across Canada;• Created leading webcast and mobile app properties; and• Led in the management and ongoing development of a national staff forum, involving staff working at all levels of ringette in Canada.
