Managing a group of Community Safety & Street Crime Wardens, who Patrol Blackpool Town Centre providing a customer care service to shoppers and visitors, giving information and assistance. And also having an impact on street crime and theft from the person. My duties also included being a Trainer, mentor & N.V.Q Assessor to the Wardens. Also reporting on environmental issues, along with being a deterrent against crime, & completing case files for Anti Social Behaviour Orders. Fire safety risk assessments, audits and inspections, emergency light tests, ensure fire doors are closed, manual handling issues and other related safety audits.

As Head Door Supervisor it was my responsibility to select and manage the front of house door team and assign them their specific duties for the night.Ensuring the smooth running of the front door team and that they maintained an effective radio communications with the in-house security team so that everyone is aware of any potential issues.This communication was also important in case either team required additional assistance to deal with any potential confrontations.
