Facilities – Lead a team of 10 individual contributors and 1 manager providing 24x7 support for central utilities building (CDA, UPW, WNP, boilers, generators, DIW), gasses and chemicals, building maintenance, and housekeeping. Scope ranged from control systems and building repairs to hazardous waste and bathroom repairs. Supply Chain – Lead a team of 5 individual contributors and 1 manager over two sites providing 24x7 support for contracts, purchasing, inventory, and shipping/receiving EHS – Lead a team of 2 EHS specialist for compliance, training, ERT, and daily activities Module Manufacturing – Lead a team of 8 individual contributors and 1 manager providing module manufacturing of novel communication product in New Mexico. Wafer Manufacturing – This role was originally not in scope but due to attrition; Lead a team of 32 individual contributors (RFT and Contractors; techs and expediters) and 4 supervisors on a compressed schedule provide 24x7 wafer manufacturing. Products included novel communication product, volume production, development work centered around III-IV materials, and high-volume test wafer services.

Flexible line allows for accommodation of local chamber pilot projects also, Launches product on time with superior quality while maintaining a high level of communication to numerous stake holders. Lead diverse team of Program Managers, Material Focals, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to commercialize new products.Identify risks, mitigation, and opportunities for improving both product and processes. Works with Design Engineering, New Product Manufacturing Engineering, Material Program Managers, Supply Chain, Volume Manufacturing, Contract Manufactures, and Remote Factories. Prepares product for ramp readiness with vigorous validation and a focus on implementing necessary solutions. Influences product manufacturability, testability and supply chain readiness.
