I simultaneously managed and optimized the frequently changing calendars of multiple executives, coordinated domestic and international travel, prepared and submitted expense reports, and created polished slide decks and Board presentations. Additionally, I enhanced productivity by ensuring executives were well-prepared for meetings and proactively tracked the completion of action items afterward.In addition to my Executive Support and management responsibilities, I project managed all culture building events for the Design & Research teams which resulted in some of the highest "employee satisfaction" scores year-over-year in our bi-annual employee engagement survey. As a result, I have was tapped to plan all culture building events for the Product, Design, Research, and Marketing function. I project managed multiple initiatives which resulted in measurable impact not only for my functions but for the larger organization. One such example is the company swag store. Under my leadership, we drove down the collective debt by over 50% and saw a $45,000 uptick in sales over the course of one year's time. I also spearheaded the re-imagining of the onboarding process for all new executive support hires which resulted in a greater sense of unity amongst our decentralized team and enabled new employees to jump into their role responsibilities more quickly.I am familiar with the Google Cloud, Office 365, SAP, Concur, LucidCharts, Workday, Okta, and Lattice as well as Adobe and various Apple programs.

I created, produced, edited, & project managed four original podcasts resulting in over 200k impressions online.I created original videos, illustrations, concepts, websites, and weekly social media posts for the company and external clientele.

I maintained the CEO’s personal/professional calendar while also tending to the needs of the company’s leadership team. I also created marketing materials for the launch of the CEO's 2nd book.In addition to expense reporting for for multiple clients each month I worked alongside the CEO and senior leadership team on various recruiting initiatives resulting in 8 new full-time employees and increasing the average tenure to around 4+ years.I also worked alongside our internal team to staff the E3 Gaming Expo in LA, which resulted in over a million impressions online.

I aided new students and families through the yearlong process of enrolling in a four-year liberal arts institution. I personally ushered in the largest group of incoming Freshman amongst a seasoned staff of representatives. I also planned and executed multiple yield events throughout Michigan over the course of the year, and triaged customers questions and concerns to departments campus-wide.

I sustained and maintained multiple physicians’ schedules, worked quickly and efficiently to accommodate a large patient/faculty population, adapted to multiple work styles and preferences, and managed a daily pool of incoming records and research.
