Current* Coordinate development and deployment of Flash promotional media from the Iowa Lottery and oversee the network distribution of the content to 2500 retail terminals state wide while assuring the quality of network connectivity this portion of the operation had an impact on.* Scheduling of promotional campaigns that utilize the SGI Lottery in Motion system used by the Iowa Lottery.* Installation, development and maintenance of Joomla based content management system for in-house task management and Flash/Image content version control.* Coordinate content used in IPhone application used by the Iowa Lottery and quality assurance testing of same.Other activities and responsibilities include:* Technical Writer / Software documentation - creation, updating/editing of reference manuals used for terminal equipment deployed by the Iowa Lottery. * Created and documented procedures used by operators for Amber Alert events displayed on Iowa Lottery terminals.* Developed training application (using NeoBook Rapid Application Development tool) and instructed operators on utilizing / activating Amber Alert Notifications on Lottery terminals.* QA (Quality Assurance) testing for new code used by the gaming system of the Iowa Lottery* Assist in NASPL procedure audit process, assuring quality in business processes* Application and Utility development to provide detailed reporting on various subsystems of terminal equipment* Manage the configuration and processing of all CDMA data devices for use on statewide terminal network* Coordinate configuration of VSAT devices used for terminal network and regular reporting on status of same.* Participate in RFP processes to determine current best practices for new projects.
