I began as a project manager responsible for developing and leading a team managing the technology portion of client rebuild and remodeling programs. My team set, managed, and communicated dates, times coordinating with PMs, GC’s, owner-operators, corporate officials, and construction managers along with over 15 vendors. The team I led worked to manage as well as to identify and solve problems to complete over 200 projects in our highest volume year. I managed Smartsheets and Data Meshing of project's critical dates into client and vendor systems for projects nationwide. I worked myself onto the Business Development team, managing client relationships, securing new clients' business through relationships and cold calling. I worked to onboard new clients overseeing prequalification documentation, MSAs, NDAs, and project proposals. I worked closely with many of Sevan's business partners helping to manage those relationships.

As a Pastor, for over 29 years I touched every aspect of staff & project management, staff development, and training, as well as providing and communicating teaching principles of life and leadership to all people. As the CEO of our organization, I have almost 30 years’ experience in finance, budgeting, fundraising, and organizational operations. As the senior leader, I directed several major building projects and expansions, as well as extensive Public Relations work and community partnership endeavors with Corporations, Government Agencies, Non-Profits, and Individuals. These skills, though not exclusive to ministry, are developed in an environment that can serve the corporate world well.
