Responsibilities include employee management, including interviewing, hiring, and training personnel, scheduling, payroll management and preparation, sales budgeting, profit management, inventory management, set up and establish current and new accounts with vendors, customer service, merchandising, and working with various computer applications.

Store Manager and TSM (Training Store Manager)

Responsibilities include employee management (36 employees), including interviewing, hiring And training personnel, scheduling, payroll preparation and management of payroll budgets, Finance management, merchandising, inventory control, and working with various computer Applications including SMART System. T.S.M. responsibilities are to train all management and Pharmacy new hire and current employees in our district, which consist of 22 stores. As TSM my responsibilities are to train all new hire as well as on going training with new company initiatives our company may roll out which I conduct in a meeting or classroom training atmosphere. I am also assistant to the Regional HR Business Manager and aid in store HR Audits to assure all employee files are in order with specific Company, State and Federal documents. Audits are done bi-annually to assure all employee files are in order to assure that the company dosen't access any fines from the State or Federal auditors. I 'm also a team captain in our district in which I call on 7 stores and assist the District Manager in relaying any needed information and also assist them with their annual inventory prep and on inventory day with recounts. Work with collections on Bad Checks & issue warrants if not paid with in 90 days.

Responsibilities include employee management (up to 34 employees), including interviewing, hiring and training new management personnel, Team Captain: responsible for over seeing 6 stores and delegating given tasks per district manager including heading up work parties and assuring stores are prep for inventory, scheduling, payroll preparation, customer service, finance management, merchandising, stock inventory control, and working with various computer applications (ex. Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft office, Microsoft outlook, Kronos Payroll System, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, Windows Me, Unix base system.; Work with collections on Bad Checks & issue warrants if not paid with in 90 Days.
