 Reconcile daily stock receipts and inventory allocations. Reconcile prepaid inventory deliveries to insure availability. Update roll identification numbers, and identify prepaid inventory from selected vendors. Record paper purchases, and review the current rebate numbers from each paper merchant. Maintain accurate prepaid inventory lists (Hemlock versus merchant). Provide accurate stream of processing by matching/filing packing slips with invoices. Process purchases and prepare the vendor invoice for payment. Review and approve work orders and invoices sent through to purchasing. Process all supply orders requested by the departments, in a timely fashion. Source out departmental requests and provide an accurate landed cost. Provide monthly inventory count sheets to each department. Provide information to staff and management via reports as requested
