In this account manager role, I provided administrative support primarily for the Home Performance with Energy Star (HPwES) program in Maryland. Activities included, but were not limited to daily communication with contractor partners, review of home retrofit projects for rebate approval, quality assurance job visits, and data collection and reporting.

Versatile office and field employee for this non-profit organization, participating in the DOE LIEEP weatherization program as well as state EmpowerMD energy efficiency programs. In this role my typical responsibilities were:+ Manage schedule and daily activities of our weatherization crew+ First point of contact for all client relations+ Perform comprehensive energy audits under state and federally funded LIEEP programs+ Clerical duties to keep team organized and to meet program filing and documentation requirements

Co-founder of a 'conscious-wear' company using strictly sustainable/organic materials and a heavy focus on creating positive social change. Responsibilities include everything from creative efforts through graphic design and marketing strategies, to inventory and sales management, to network expansion and communication with partner companies.

+ Project-managed single-family energy retrofit jobs under the emPOWER Maryland 'Home Performance with Energy Star' program. More specific duties included, but were not limited to, job scheduling, point-of-contact communication with customers and contractors, and rebate application filing.+ Supervised all of company QHEC service operations for single-family and multi-family homes. Principal duties included, but were not limited to, schedule and budget maintenance, quarterly on-site QA evaluations and new-hire training.

Supervised all of company’s field employees (14) within Maryland’s Quick Home Energy Check (QHEC) program. Roles included staff scheduling, payroll processing, developing new company operational systems, ordering inventory, coordinating vehicle and storage maintenance, and weekly correspondence with company executives on the details and status of our fieldwork.

Led installation crews of 4 people out to multifamily complexes to upgrade water and electric fixtures with energy efficient alternatives. Was in constant communication with different levels of customers; regional managers, property managers, maintenance crews and tenants. Collected utility data from over 5,000 apartment units across the state of Maryland.
