I have worked in the Telecommunications Industry for the last 23 years. I have held about every job title serving in every department. I have held many Leadership Positions, Including Training and Safety. I have worked with many Telco Providers and Telecommunications Companies as a Employee, Consultant, and Contractor. From OSP Construction, I/ R Technician, COE, NOC, Enterprise Support, Engineering, and Customer Support. I Supervised a Team of Data Center Technicians in Data Center Build out for Microsoft in Multiple Centers and States. I served as the Technical Supervisor for Frontier Communications. I gravitate more towards Field Service Technical Support and Operations. However, I really enjoy working where ne3eded regardless of the task. I hold 26 Certifimñ forons in multiple areas of Telecommunications. I currently support TDCJ Unit's Inmate Communications and really enjoy serving in this current role. From Air Pressure on OSP paper cable, leak detection to fusion splicing Fiber in a lab, I truly am well rounded in the industry but constantly learn and adapt as the industry continues to evolve and change with technology advancements.
