Reviewed and researched why Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rejected prescription drug event (PDE) claims errors by using root cause analysis. I implemented corrective action plan(s) in accordance with CMS guidelines, in order to correct the rejected claims and recover lost dollars for multiple insurance plans.
