As a Sr. Manager @ BIG THOUGHT I have the opportunity to support youth and their families by assisting in filling the multiple gaps in services and opportunities through an all inclusive approach. Expanding networking that brings in multiple sectors to support ALL youth and their families with a holistic approach to their overall wellness. Working with our community I understand that we need to have a village of support mentality and to think outside of the normal systemized approach that creates barriers that keep our communities from healing and thriving. I have a passion for empowering and equipping people to become the best versions of themselves. I have been a DISC Trainer and a Motivational Speaker for over four years, delivering workshops and presentations on topics such as leadership, communication, and personal development. I have also been involved in leadership development and youth advocacy initiatives at Antelope Valley Partners for Health, where I served as a Youth Project Coordinator and a Youth Services Program Manager. I hold a Master's degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Non-Profit Management from Grand Canyon University. I have developed skills in customer service, team motivation, and Microsoft Outlook, among others. My goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of others through my work and service.
