I consult to the performing arts industry, workplace health education & injury prevention and the general public seeking help with pain, injury management and enhancing their physical performance. With over 25 years involvement with dancers, musicians and theatrical artists, I have a deep understanding of the physical, emotional and industry challenges that contribute to or interfere with performing artists' physical health. The office-based or industrial workplace is a different stage, still requiring physical condition, role flexibility and personal health management.
