Mr. Pellar is a senior software engineer with expertise in all phases of software development life cycles, embedded systems programming, .NET software development, military aircraft simulation and real-time weapons training systems, and both Simulated Military Equipment (SME) and Virtual Military Equipment (VME) development and integration. Mr. Pellar has worked in real world and simulated military projects since 1993. Over the years with Nova, Mr. Pellar has provided support on successful projects with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), Boeing, Lockheed, L3, and Indra writing software requirements; developing and presenting preliminary, detailed, and critical designs; coding; integration and test; and discrepancy resolution.

Mr. Pellar worked on the AC-130U Gunship simulator at Hurlburt Field, FL for several years. He was responsible for initial interfacing of simulation framework to the Operational Flight Program (OFP) and Controls and Displays Program (CDP), as well as updating these interfaces on regular block cycle upgrades to the actual OFP and CDP on the actual aircraft.Mr. Pellar also worked on an F/A-18 aircraft simulator program at Lockheed Martin through TGD Software and the Block 60 radar upgrade on an F-16 simulator for Lockheed as well.
