Held the position of Vice President overseeing the sales and operations of two retail/distribution locations in Gardner and Berlin Massachusetts. Responsibilities also include the oversight of the installed insulation division a.k.a. Pro Insulators, as well as the commercial products division for the entire company (Drywall, Insulation, Metal Studs, Acoustical Ceilings)

Revitalized a specialized drywall business by implementing a vision that refocused product lines and marketing towards a residential and commercial customer base. Remerchandised the company to a full service lumber yard, specialized in commercial products. While serving as President of Pelletier's, the company grew from a single location distributor of building materials with $2 million in revenues to a three location regional supplier with revenues in excess of $30 million within 12 years. Pioneered programs such as customer loyalty rewards programs, e-commerce, installed sales, educational contractor events, and builder financing programs. The key to the company's success was in hiring devoted, inspired employees that belileved in a vision of “value added” services that were responsive to the needs of their primary constituents, while retaining a strong service-oriented selling approach with competitive price points.
