• Primary focus to drive Sales, Cost, Labor, Control Environment, and Performance Management across the organization through partnering, rewriting, and training on Policies and Procedures.• Partnering with operations to drive sales through extending hours of operations, proper scheduling, improving capture to drive RPE and supporting Revenue Ops in resolving pricing challenges• Collaborate with Internal Audit and Loss Prevention creating / updating policies and procedures to drive performance and ensure the integrity of the business while supporting Internal Audit on field audits to address questions / concerns and offer support for learning to operations.• Partnering with the operator to drive our business through the analyzation of KPI’s, while promoting a positive work environment.

• High level oversight of 20+ operation accounting functions to ensure accuracy in our financial reporting along with ensuring we pay our people, pay our vendors, and get our cash to the bank.• Work with Vice President of Operations in explaining our financial position on a daily, weekly, and period basis.• Work with Sr. Director of Operations and Director of Operations daily to help them in their business with focus on Sales, Cost & Labor.• Spend 60%+ on the road in Operations work directly with Operations and Accounting from matters of customer service, sales opportunities to efficient roles of accounting personal.
