I’m interested in building a life career by developing new skills and offering my own in the administrative and operation areas of a company. I have experience in the collections industry as an account representative, team lead, and supervisor. I have knowledge of Federal & State Law Regulations like; FDCPA, HIPPA, and CFPB. I also have experience in Customer Service, Sales, and Collections. I consider myself to be a well-organized individual with effective communication skills, persuasive closing skills for collections, quick learner and solid problem solver.
