Project Delivery Manager for Strategic FTTH builds in Brantford, Wallaceburg, and Guelph:-end to end program accountability from conception to construction completion-obtain required municipal consent and 22/04 permitting for joint-use attachments. Build and maintain strong relationships with the City and LDC to facilitate this.-create and administer yearly budget to secure required capital allocation: 3 year > $20M program -partner with external vendors / suppliers to keep delivery on track, and in compliance Bell and Municipal requirements -successful delivery of >20,000 homes passed achieved, while meeting / exceeding yearly targets throughout the program

Performs installation and repair activities on residential and business telephone, high speed internet (DSL), and IPTV servcies. Ensures that communications facilities are functional, and within Bell Canada specifications ultimately to the customer's satisfaction. Promotes Bell Canada products and services. Worked on the IPTV / VDSL project during the trial stages, which would eventually grow into Bell Fibe TV. Served as a repair prime and subject matter expert on this project.
