Mr. David Pennypacker is a 30+ year career law enforcement professional having served as a Police Supervisor, Investigator, and Tactical Officer in jurisdictions in VA and NM. He has served as an Outreach Liaison and Trainer for the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s National Data Exchange (N-DEx) program where he was tasked with increasing program participation throughout the Federal, State, Local and Indian Country law enforcement community. During his time with N-DEx, Mr. Pennypacker was also responsible for providing high level support and guidance for agencies that use the N-DEx system. His mission included traveling extensively across the nation, and maintaining relationships with all levels of the National law enforcement community. As a former lead instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, New Mexico, Mr. Pennypacker was responsible for presenting multiple law enforcement disciplines to diverse audiences. He is an accomplished, dynamic public speaker who has conducted mission outreach, training and informational law enforcement presentations’ to thousands of Federal, State, Local and Tribal law enforcement officers and first responders. Top Secret Security Clearance; Willing to relocate and or travel extensively to accommodate the mission.
