Since 2015, I’ve focused on building investment and local consulting in the front range of Colorado. My past and recent projects in the Boulder/Denver area include the Rayback Collective, Improper City, River and Woods, Tributary, and multiple locations for Woodgrain Bagel and Deli.David started his career in architecture as a designer and project manager on several building types ranging from commercial to healthcare design and completing multiple LEED certified projects. He went on to obtain a Masters degree in Sustainable Development where he deepened his understanding of energy efficiency and renewable technologies. He is also a LEED BD+C accredited professional.David worked as the Program Manager for Xcel Energy’s Colorado Home Energy Audit and Home Performance Program and as a managing partner for Boulder County’s EnergySmart Service and the Denver Energy Challenge from 2012-2014. These experiences solidified his understanding of Demand Side Management Programs at the Utility scale and established him as an expert in the industry. His extensive Project Management experience has proven to be a valuable asset to every client he has worked with.
