I provide NCIS crop hail adjusting procedure training to adjusters on a national scale. My specialty areas include corn, soybeans, and small grains, but I am also able to develop and deliver training in other agricultural crops. I have been a licensed crop hail adjuster since 1996.

As a middle school Dean, I serve the students and families of my assigned grade level as a counselor, advocate, and disciplinarian. My duties also include serving as the building testing coordinator.

I was initially hired as an Agriculture Teacher/FFA Advisor in 1995. During my tenure in the ag department, I was fortunate to have supported numerous student achievements, one being an advisor to the 2003 American Star in Agribusiness for the National FFA Organization. Once I earned my Administrative Degree, I served the high school as a Dean of Students and an Interim Assistant Principal.

During my employment with Land O'Lakes, I managed the operations of a 5 location full-service agronomy department owned by LOL Member Operations. With my teaching background, I was asked to provide training for corporate Land O'Lakes in the areas of Human Resources and Environmental Engineering.
