I am the Co-Founder and Team Lead at Featherlight Designs. We are a marketing agency that services soul-led entrepreneurs in order to help them increase their brand awareness and presence within their industry. We do so through thoughtful marketing strategies including branding, website design, social media, email marketing and funnel creation.

As a staff director, I oversaw the National High-School Division of Inter-Varsity, developing national strategic programs for high school students. I managed a diverse staff team in Toronto, leading team meetings, providing coaching and collaborating on program strategy. I completed various administrative tasks including scheduling, approving payroll, and completing data collection, progress reports and annual plans to help with the growth of our client base.As part of my role, I fundraised and managed an annual team fundraising budget of $400,000, carried out regular written and oral communications with over 500 relevant stakeholders and developed an online presence through organizational social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.Together with my team, we achieved leadership development, mentoring and counselling of over 100 students annually involved in 10 High School Programs across the Greater Toronto Area.

As a Team Leader, I managed a team of five staff in Toronto, planning and leading team meetings and providing individualized job and personal coaching. I also developed a regional strategic program plan to stimulate organizational growth.As part of my role, I managed an annual team fundraising budget of $350,000 for strategic projects, staff salaries and regional program budgets and fostered and maintained favourable relationships with over 400 partners, donors, alumni and regional constituency.Together with my team, we established community service projects introducing over 50 students annually to the political, social and economic needs of their neighbourhoods and cities.

As a campus staff, I worked on a team of staff setting goals, training and creating strategies for student recruitment.I personally supervised two High School programs, promoting a positive school environment, developing student awareness of the needs of the schools and fostering a positive community within the school. In addition, I provided mentorship, leadership training and practical experience for core students to lead groups of their peers.As part of my role, I managed an annual fundraising budget of $60,000 and built positive partnerships with schools, teachers, students, alumni, donors and regional constituency.
