I am a great problem solver, analytical, detail oriented and a conversationalist. I truly believe that teamwork is the key to success in any work, especially when it comes to communicating with one another and being empathetic towards people and showing that they are important. I genuinely make sure that anyone I come into contact with is taken care of and that they are shown that I care about them and any issue they may be having regardless of whether it may be my first interaction with them or not. It is important to show fellow employees that is ok to come and talk or ask for help about anything they may be dealing with at work, I think it’s important to show that they don’t have to handle things alone and there is someone who will be there should they need it. I would like to carry over my skills and ability to care for and help others in this position because I want to help the company that has helped so many and continues to every day and I would also love to make a positive impact within the company.
