At Scient Group I manage and lead various engineering projects across Scandinavia, specializing in project and process engineering. My responsibilities include project leadership, mentoring, overseeing project installations as well as financial responsibilities such as quotations and forecasts. Additionally, I engage in sales activities and leverage my broad professional network to contribute to business development and client satisfaction.

Elite football association with 3,000 members with a turnover of approx. 50 million SEK. The work has included operational support efforts but primarily strategic management of the business, budget follow-up & organisational development. From here, I bring with me a wide contact network & the experience of making tough decisions in the event of major budget changes. I have developed a more structured way of working that ensures the quality of the association's activities and was responsible for doubling the number of players in the youth section. In addition, I have been a leader in the work towards social cooperation in vulnerable areas and broader CSR work.

Responsible for private market & events. The work included leadership, event planning & B2C. I built up a methodical way of working with structure & follow-up towards employees and customers.

Paraply is a politically and religiously independent organization committed to ensuring that all children have the right to a safe life free from sexual abuse.

Consults associations with the implementation of events and tournaments, both in preparation & implementation. I assist with a wide network of contacts, management of event planning & follow-up against budget. I also contribute with organisational planning & expertise in competition and accommodation matters.

The Housing Rights Association owns around 200 apartments and has a membership of just over 250 people. The role includes strategic planning of maintenance, budget follow-up & development of existing IT and service-systems.

Sappa is a Swedish service provider in the areas of TV, broadband and telephony with approx. 70 employees in Gothenburg. I worked as a customer service representative part-time during my studies. The assignment included troubleshooting of TV and broadband equipment, activation of services and sales. I took with me the experience of nurturing customer relationships and further developed my problem solving skills.

Board member with main responsibility of events, youth section and employees. In addition, participation in the sports group & responsible for the marketing group. The role included both operational leadership & organisational development. The work gave me basic knowledge of board work, financial terms & budget work.

Responsible for Skadevi Cup Football. Youth tournament for boys/girls 12-17 years of age with a turnover of approx. 5 million SEK. About 300-350 teams annually & up to 5000 participants. I bring with me experience from budget and personnel responsibility & was responsible for the tournament reaching record levels of registered teams before covid-19 hit.

High school with about 500 students. Worked as a leader for a group of students (5-10 people) with special needs. I learned low-affective treatment, implementation & follow-up of individual development plans/conversations and developed my knowledge of conflict management during the period.

"Tekniksprånget". Four month internship at Volvo AB in Skövde, where you got to try working as an engineer.
